Please feel free to contact us with any questions regarding your return by using the contact form. We will respond within 24 hours (excluding weekends). You can also contact us by phone from Tuesday to Saturday, 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., at +33 9 50 64 02 96.

Return Conditions and Deadline

- Contact Throwback Sneakers at throwbacksneakers@gmail.com to let us know the reason for your return.

- The item must be undamaged and in its original packaging.

- The return period for items is 14 days (as provided for in Article L221-18) from the date you receive your package.

- You are responsible for return shipping costs.

How do I return an item?

- Drop off your return package directly at the store or by post to the following address: 67 Rue de Belleville, Paris 75019

- Refunds are issued via the method used by the customer within a maximum of 72 hours after receipt and inspection of the return.

Exchanging an item

If you wish to exchange the returned item, we will process it if it is available in stock. If the product is unavailable, we will refund you.

The exchange will be processed in three stages: registration of your new order, shipment of your return, and shipment of the new items.

In the event of an exchange, you will receive your new order within 7 days from the date of receipt of the returned package.

Please note: Returns are not accepted on sale items.

PS: In the event of abnormal or abusive returns, Throwback Sneakers reserves the right to refuse a subsequent order.
