Shipping policy
Order Shipping:
Throwback Sneakers orders are shipped via Colissimo La Poste. The parcel rate is calculated based on the estimated total weight of the items included in each order. It includes packaging, handling, and postage.
Pick-up Point Option: If you don't expect to be home to receive your package, we recommend choosing the pick-up point option to avoid possible additional delays. Simply pick up your order at the selected pick-up point.
Important: Delivery is free in mainland France, Switzerland, Andorra, and Monaco for purchases over €150.
For mainland France, Monaco, and Andorra, depending on the option chosen by the customer when ordering, delivery is made by La Poste, either by Colissimo or by registered Colissimo with a signature required upon receipt.
For the European Union, delivery to the EU: Colissimo Europe Tracked
For all other destinations, delivery will be made by La Poste via international Colissimo (recipient's signature required upon receipt).
All packages shipped by Throwback Sneakers have a tracking number, which will be communicated to the customer upon shipment.
Orders are processed, prepared, and shipped, i.e., handed over to our carrier, within 24/48 hours from:
- Validation of payment by the customer when made by credit card online.
To report any delivery issues, customers can use an online contact form and a phone number (+33(0)9.50.64.02.96) to contact Throwback Sneakers.
For deliveries outside mainland France, the customer agrees to pay all taxes due on the importation of the products, customs duties, value-added tax, and any other taxes due under the laws of the country where the order is received. Throwback Sneakers cannot be held responsible for the failure to pay taxes for which the customer is responsible.
Regardless of the delivery location, the package will be delivered to the recipient's address during the day. In case of absence, a delivery notice will be left at the delivery address. Any costs for re-delivery are the customer's responsibility. The customer is required to check the condition of the products upon receipt. In the event of damage, the customer must clearly state their concerns on the delivery slip and reiterate them to the carrier by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within three (3) days of delivery, in accordance with the provisions of Article L.133-3 of the French Commercial Code. The buyer must also notify Throwback Sneakers of any damage due to transport within seven (14) days of receipt. No claims will be accepted for failure to comply with these formalities.
- Click & Collect
When delivery is made by availability, the seller undertakes to inform the buyer in writing of the availability date. The buyer undertakes to take delivery of the goods within 5 days of receiving the availability notice. After this period, the order will be canceled and the goods put back on sale.
- Transport
The transport method chosen by the seller is contractually considered the most suitable for the delivery of the goods. Any discrepancy in this regard must be expressly requested by the buyer.
It is the customer's responsibility to verify the number and condition of the goods delivered upon receipt of delivery. In the event of damage or deterioration, the buyer must make the usual reservations on the delivery slip and inform the carrier within 48 hours of receipt, by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt.
